CO₂ Concentration: 5 %

Cell no. at passage: Split ratio=1/5 (or 8)

Genetics: HSV,VSV sensitive.Good to study anti-viral agents.

Life span: infinite

Morphology: fibroblast-like

Characteristics: Cell growth inhibited by cell-cell contact.
