Passage method: Cells harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA. Subculture every 3-4 days.
CO2 Concentration: 5 %
Cell no. at passage: 2.5 x 10^4 cells/sq.cm.
Genetics: p53 deficient(-/-)
Life span: infinite
Morphology: fibroblast-like
