Passage method: Cells were harvested after treatment with 0.1% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA at room temperature for 3 minutes.
Growth temperature: 37 C
CO₂ concentration: 5 %
Cell No. at passage: 4.6 x 10^3 cells/sq.cm.
Additional comments: Mycoplasmas tested by staining(Hojo,M.) and PCR(Takada,Y.) methods.
